Child Safety Standards

Effective September 7, 2026 · Version 1.3

These standards apply to the OpinVera service operated by ECOMO.WORLD LLC, including the OpinVera mobile application and the www.opinvera.com website.

1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibition of CSAE

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting such content will be immediately and permanently banned and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

For the purposes of these standards, CSAE means any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including but not limited to: CSAM in any form (real, altered, or synthetic); grooming a child for sexual exploitation; sextortion of a child; sexualization of a minor; solicitation of sexual acts from a minor; and trafficking of a child for sexual purposes. A "child" means anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of majority or age of consent in any jurisdiction.

This prohibition applies to all content and conduct on the platform — polls, linked media, comments, profile content, usernames, images, and private or public interactions of any kind — and is enforced without exception under the Prohibited Content and Behavior Policy §1A and Terms of Service §6.6.

2. Reporting Within the App

Users can report any content, profile, or behavior of concern directly within the app using the in-app reporting tools, or by contacting us at support@opinvera.com with the subject line "Child Safety." Reports concerning child safety are prioritized ahead of all other moderation queues and are reviewed by a person.

3. How We Address CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on the platform, we will:

1. Remove the content immediately and preserve evidence as required by law; 2. Permanently ban the responsible account(s), with no reinstatement or appeal for confirmed CSAE violations; 3. Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, in accordance with our obligations as a provider under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, or to the relevant authority in the applicable jurisdiction; and 4. Cooperate with law enforcement investigations, including responding to valid legal process.

4. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including U.S. federal reporting obligations (18 U.S.C. §§ 2258A–2258B) and the child protection laws of the jurisdictions in which the platform is offered. Our minimum age is 16 (Terms of Service §4.1), and users aged 16–17 may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent (§4.3).

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

Our designated child safety point of contact — prepared to discuss our enforcement and review procedures and to act on notifications from Google Play or law enforcement — can be reached at:

Email: support@opinvera.com (subject line: "Child Safety") Mail: ECOMO.WORLD LLC, ATTN: Child Safety, 1978 Watson Circle, Rochester, Michigan 48306

6. Review

These standards are reviewed at least annually and whenever applicable law or platform-policy requirements change.
