Restricted Content and Behavior Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Restricted Content Policy and all incorporated policies.
2. Restricted Content Categories
2.1 Alcohol
Content promoting alcohol must comply with age restrictions and responsible consumption standards.
2.2 Tobacco and Vaping
Promotions must not target minors and must adhere to health guidelines.
2.3 Dating Services
Dating services must prioritize user safety and implement age verification.
2.4 Dietary Supplements
Promotions must not contain misleading health claims.
2.5 Financial Services
Content must be clear, fair, and from authorized providers.
2.6 Health and Medical Products
Claims must be scientifically supported and authorized by relevant authorities.
2.7 Cosmetic Procedures and Weight Loss
Claims must be realistic and not exploit insecurities.
2.8 Government, Elections, or Politics
Political content must be transparent about funding sources and not spread misinformation about voting or civic processes. Users must comply with all applicable campaign finance and election laws. The Platform is not a political committee and does not make political contributions. Paid political content must be clearly disclosed as such. Users may not use the Platform to:
- Spread false information about voting procedures, dates, or eligibility
- Suppress voter turnout through deceptive practices
- Circumvent campaign finance disclosure requirements
- Impersonate government officials or agencies

3. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or other actions. All enforcement actions are subject to the appeals process described in our Community Guidelines (§5).
