Copyright/DMCA Policy

Effective August 7, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent: [PLACEHOLDER — to be designated and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office before launch; see internal/ACTION-ITEMS.md AI-2] Email: support@opinvera.com Mail: ECOMO.WORLD LLC, ATTN: DMCA Agent, 1978 Watson Circle, Rochester, Michigan 48306

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform (e.g., URL)
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which OpinVera is located) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed material.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders. We define "repeat infringer" as a user who has been the subject of three or more valid DMCA notices.

4. Fair Use

We recognize the doctrine of fair use under copyright law, which permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
