Prohibited Content and Behavior Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Prohibited Content and Behavior Policy and all incorporated policies.
1A. Child Safety — Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting such content will be immediately and permanently banned and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. This applies to all content and conduct on the platform without exception. Definitions, reporting channels, and our enforcement and NCMEC-reporting procedure are set out in our Child Safety Standards.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children — zero tolerance; see §1A and the Child Safety Standards
- Breaking the Law: Violating any laws or regulations
- Fraudulent Schemes: Misleading or deceptive activities
- Financial Schemes: Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes
- Payment Manipulation: Circumventing payment methods
- Misuse of Funds: Using funds for purposes other than stated
- Intellectual Property Violations: Infringing on others' rights
- Sale or Promotion of Illegal Drugs: Narcotics, controlled substances
- Nudity and Sexual Content: Pornography, sexual exploitation
- Regulated Goods: Unauthorized sale of firearms, drugs
- Violence and Graphic Content: Glorifying violence or suffering
- Harmful Activities: Encouraging dangerous physical challenges
- Discrimination and Hate Speech: Attacking individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Harassment and Bullying: Personal attacks, slander, doxxing
- Exploitation: Human trafficking, bounties, ransom
- Terrorism or Organized Crime: Supporting illegal organizations
- Gambling: Casino games, sports betting, lotteries (as distinct from the Platform's voting/participation incentive features)
- Misinformation: False claims that could cause harm
- Manipulated Media: Deepfakes, synthetically altered content designed to deceive
- Spam and Malicious Content: Unsolicited communications, malware
- Campaign Finance Violations: Using the Platform to circumvent any federal, state, or local campaign finance laws or regulations
- Unauthorized Data Collection: Using the Platform to collect personal information about other users without their consent
3. Enforcement and Reporting
Violations may lead to content removal, restrictions, or account termination. Report violations through our reporting tools or by contacting support@opinvera.com. All enforcement actions are subject to the appeals process described in our Community Guidelines (§5).
4. Amendments
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified appropriately.
