Partner terms
The agreement a publisher accepts when it claims its outlet, in seven parts. Drafts until counsel's one pre-launch pass.
Partner Terms draft
The partner account — a business seat with no voting rights (§1.6), agreed at sign-up in place of the member's age confirmation and Terms of Service — claims and assurance, seats, what is free, the firewall, the plans and prices, metering, the trial, payment, refunds and chargebacks, reports, the Voter Bridge, conduct, termination, liability.

No payment buys a score, coverage or a change to either — what the partner attests, what we attest in return.
P04Corpus Consent and Licence draft
Required on every tier: judgments on the partner's items belong to the Corpus; what a Corpus licence carries; a content licence is separate.
P05Content Tiers draft
What we may show of the partner's work: headline and link (the floor), summary (a recorded grant), full text (a signed licence); where each shows.
P06Subscriber Referral Terms draft
The subscription link, the per-click and per-subscriber fees, how a click is counted and a conversion reported, the statement, audit.
P07Sponsored Verification Terms draft
Readers verify at the partner's expense within a budget; what the reader is told; what the partner learns and never learns.
